Every morning, without fail I sit and drink my cup of positive thinking. My cup of positive thinking is my coffee! I sit and drink it and think about what I want to achieve in my day. What wasn't so great about yesterday that I can improve on today?
Simple things - I didn't drink as much liquids as I should have yesterday, so I will try up my intake today. Maybe then my headache won't be too bad in this heat.
I had a couple of clients cancel at the last minute yesterday - was there anything I could do about that? No, but I'm not going to be miserable about it, because sometimes - life happens. There's no other explanation. Sometimes things pop up at the last minute and people need to cancel. I stay positive in knowing that they will re-book and come back. Stay positive.
I am often asked how do I find the time with 3 small children to not only run my beauty business, but to then also open the academy side of it too?
My answer is always the same - because I believed I could do it, so I did.
Positive thinking goes further than you know.

Project positivity out there and it will return ten fold. Maybe not straight away, but it will come back to you. To anyone who is thinking of stepping into the beauty & massage industry - what's stopping you? You can do it, believe you can.
