Dermaplaning
must hold facial skin care qualification to attend this course
Service Description
Students must hold a facial care qualification to attend this course WHAT IS DERMAPLANING Dermaplaning is a physical exfoliation procedure. It requires the use of a sterile, surgical scalpel to gently "shave" the skin's surface, removing the top-most layer of dead skin along with fine, vellus hair (aka peach fuzz). The procedure can be performed monthly, in less than thirty minutes, with no downtime post-treatment. Whilst this is a great treatment in its own right, it also makes an unbeatable start to many other facial treatments – peels, galvanic facials, LED masks and all topical treatments and masks. What are the Benefits of Dermaplaning? Provides deeper product penetration. Removes soft facial hair that traps dirt and oils. Promotes smoother skin. Safe procedure for removing dead skin cells and "peach fuzz". Reduces the appearance of acne scars. Diminishes the look of fine lines. Works on all skin types. Instant results and no downtime.
